Black Widow: Right movie at the wrong time!

 

Black Widow is one of the most loved and well known female character in the Marvel cinematic universe and marvel dropped a trailer for the new Black Widow stand alone movie a few weeks ago.

Although the character is introduced as a spy with not much of a depth in iron man 2, the character gained the favorite spot among the marvel fans through Captain America: Winter soldier, Civil War and all the avengers movies.Black Widow was at the peak of attention and love during the civil war period. But it just now that the Character is getting a stand alone movie to tell the backstory of the character. And i think it is a little bit late now as we all know how it ends in End Game. 

In my opinion, it would have been the best decision if the movie was released between Infinity War and Endgame. That way the character arc could have been completed by EndGame and could have been a very good farewell to the character. But instead of finishing the character arc and giving a stand alone movie for the first female superhero they introduced ti the marvel movies, they decided to make a movie for a lesser known and the least favorite character instead. 

Anyhow i am happy that the character is finally getting a stand alone movie which was long overdue. The trailer looked very good and grounded. I am hoping that it focuses on the character and her past rather than political agendas in society.
